Our Story
Based in Montreal, Films reflektor was founded in 2015 by Sébastien Chabot, director, screenwriter and producer.
The creation of the company coincided with the production of his first feature film, The Gardener, released in 2017. The film has been screened at several international festivals and distributed to movie theatres around the world.
The beauty of nature
Films reflektor explores the themes that mirror its founder’s passions: Plants and gardens, nature, and architecture in all its forms. Environmental issues are also spotlighted. The company approaches these topics from new standpoints, by introducing the public to extraordinary places and people. The aim is to prompt reflection and wonder in equal measures.
